Zeroing procedure

• Zeroing the axes can only be performed after logging in on administrator level.

NOTICE

Please note:

The bottom roller must always be zeroed first.

9.3.1 Zeroing procedure

* When it is required to zero the bottom roller axes and side roller axes, the bottom roller axes have to be zeroed first.

• Open the screen Parameters.
• Open the parameter set •
• Select the axis X1.
• Set the value in the field Soft end min. to -2.
• Lower the bottom roller completely.

• Look up which encoder is assigned for the axis to be zeroed in the field En-coder.
• Switch to parameter set:

Encoder parameters and select the encoder.

• Enter O into the field Axis pos. to teach.

* Tap

to accept the value.

• In the field Current axis value 0.0 has to be displayed.

→ Zeroing of the axis is complete.
