Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within the country (Germany) and to the following countries: Malta, Norway, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Spain, Slovakia, Croatia, Greece, Latvia, Sweden, Estonia, France, Slovenia, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, Romania, Portugal, Ireland, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Netherlands, Bulgaria.
  Shipping of our items is done with our shipping partners DHL, DPD, UPS, and Dachser.
 

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We charge shipping costs based on weight at €4.95 per started 29kg.

For the shipping of bulky goods (freight shipping), we charge as follows:
Products weighing more than 31.5 kg, which cannot be divided into multiple packages, will be shipped to you via the freight forwarder Dachser as follows

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within the country (Germany) will be made within 2-3 days, for international deliveries within 3-14 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you.  The delivery time is determined in this case by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
